	W01. Beyond Robert's Rules: How To Run An Effective Meeting				Day: Saturday, March 1st

	Abstract: Do your meetings start late and run long? Do you feel like nothing gets done when you're in meetings? Learn how to better delegate projects or tasks to your volunteers while also improving your leadership skills during this workshop chocked with tips on how to run an effective meeting. Improve your skills to chair a meeting, deal with difficult situations constructively, manage conflict effectively and devise a working agenda. Presenter: Robert Pulster, of the Egleston Square, MA-based non-profit ESAC and co-chair of the Massachusetts Democratic Party's Ward 19. Material: None. Notes: None.
