	Abstract: Operational versus a Policy/Governance Board of Directors, what to have? This interactive workshop will review important topics related to the development of a board for Pride Committees including its mission, vision, values, bylaws, roles and responsibilities as well as code of ethics and policies that will affect its functioning and longevity. A self-assessment will be conducted about each attendee’s particular board situation and a round table discussion will follow to discuss some practical solutions to each individual’s needs.
