	Abstract: An all encompassing workshop that includes: 1) An overview of the methodologies of Structuring and Building a Pride organization 2) Job Descriptions that give a clear view of the duties and responsibility of the various members of the organization and 3) Guarding that Money: helpful hints to use that will keep your organization’s hard-earned money from “walking away”! Presenter: Linda J. DeMarco. As President of the Boston Pride Committee and owner of her own business for over 13 years, she has the business development and financial skills that help make both organizations a success.
