	Abstract: Volunteers are the mainstay of what we do and yet how can we successfully find, keep and nurture them? This interactive workshop will explore how to keep volunteers on board and engaged. Also discuss how to successfully manage, appreciate, delegate, communicate and negotiate. Presenters: Laura S. Fizek, MSW, LICSW and Associate Director of Justice Resource Institute’s Center for Training and Professional Development and, also from JRI, Maria Orsini, MPH and Project Manager. Material: None.
