Join the 2019 Boston Pride Team

This fall, Boston Pride is launching a community-wide search for new team members to join our ranks and produce the 2019 Boston Pride Celebration! Following a community listening tour, Boston Pride is seeking to achieve the dual purpose of addressing community expectations for what Pride 2019 should look like, and of staffing up in anticipation of Pride 2020 which will mark the 50th anniversary of Boston Pride. To that effect, we are listing below the 100 positions that make up the Boston Pride Board of Directors and the Boston Pride Committee. In the spirit of transparency, we are also providing the Statement of Responsibility which all team members are required to sign as they join Boston Pride. Once you have reviewed the documentation below and the information about the various Boston Pride positions, make sure to fill out the recruitment form to submit your candidacy!
