2009 Theme / Parade Marshals Nominations
The Boston Pride Committee is looking for Community input in order to select our 2009 Pride Theme and Marshals! Nominations for 2009 Pride Theme and Marshals are now closed. In December, the top 5 nominations will be announced, and voting will be open here!
Theme/Marshals Selection Process
October 2008 - Theme suggestions and Parade Marshals nominations are open to the entire Community, via online forms available on the Boston Pride website.
November 2008 - The Boston Pride Committee votes to select the top 5 theme suggestions and Parade Marshals nominations out of the Community suggestions and nominations. (Theme suggestions may be modified by the Boston Pride Committee to fit language and grammar.)
December 2008 - Votes are open to the entire Community, to select one Theme and one Parade Marshal in each category (Grand Marshal, Honorary Marshal, and Celebrity Marshal), via online voting on the Boston Pride website
January 2009 - The winning Theme and Parade Marshals are revealed!
