Happy New Year from Boston Pride!
While it wasn’t one of our resolutions to do nice things for folks (we like to think we do that all the time!), we’re proud to say that we’re doing something cool for you this month. Just because.
The 2011 Boston Pride Festival will take place on City Hall Plaza on Saturday, June 11 from 12-6pm. The last stop on the Parade route, the Festival is an urban oasis of live entertainment, , over 125 merchandise, community, and business vendors, the Family Fun Zone (ages 1 to 100 are welcome!), and a Celebrity Garden (for the 21+ crowd who want to get a little cocktail on while watching the festivities from the 2nd floor City Hall balcony!)
From non-profit organizations looking to gain visibility and friends to major corporate entities hoping to recruit LGBT talent for their HR departments to student, church and social justice groups, all are welcome at the Boston Pride Festival. And now is the time to register because Boston Pride just launched a huge January sale.
If you purchase a booth before January 31, you’ll save an additional 20% off by using the check-out code “save20.” Before registering, check out the Festival Rules & Regulations just so everyone’s clear on how to have a safe, fun, and exciting day!
Hello,
My name is Pam Autuori. Jacob Schreiber and I make up the indie/folk-rock duo, the LITTLE LIARS, from Boston, MA. As participators of Boston Pride for many years, we would be honored to be a part of the live entertainment at the festival for June 2011.
We have played alongside many acts such as Ani DiFranco, Ryan Cabrera, The Hush Sound, The Cab and many others.
A sample of our music can be found at http://www.myspace.com/little-liars or http://www.myspace.com/pamautuori
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.
I look forward to hearing from you.
All the best,
Pam
