Boston Pride is excited to announce that for the first time in Pride Week history it will be partnering with the LGBT event producer Dyke Night Productions for the annual Jamaica Plain Block Party that the organization hosts each year during Pride Week. Taking place Sunday, June 10th from 12 to 7 pm on Perkins Street in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood, this year’s block party will feature five female DJs, along with family-friendly activities, and a brand new Dogs & Drag Fashion Show. As one of the largest, most attended events during Pride Week, Boston Pride could not be more excited about this new partnership, and believe it will help make the event even grander in scope than it already is. Headed by Kristin Porter, Dyke Night Production’s mission is to partner entertainment with philanthropy by bringing high quality entertainment, fundraisers and dance parties to help support the LGBT Boston community.
