NEWSLETTER - Vol. 3 No. 9 - October 2008
GET INVOLVED!

Dear friends,

Fall is in the air... and so is Pride! The Boston Pride Committee organizes a week of highly successful Pride events each year, and we invite you to be a part of making it happen.

Boston Pride will be hosting a volunteer recruitment and informational fair on Tuesday, October 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Non Profit Center, 89 South Street in Boston (across from South Station). Learn more about how you can be a part of an organization that has given Boston a sense of Pride for 39 years!

Our website is now taking nominations for 2009 Pride Marshals and suggestions for next year’s theme! Visit www.BostonPride.org by November 1st to cast your opinion!

Also, remember that you can bring your own style, flair and input to Pride events by joining the Committee, just like our new Chairs- Kat, Liz, Sean and Cale- just did! We’re always looking for great volunteers!

Finally, we are launching a new outreach program, called Team PRIDE! Read more about our exciting new program below and come join us on some of our community outings!

In pride,

The Boston Pride Committee
