Boston Pride Hearts Our Sponsors!

Boston Pride sponsors make Pride week happen. In the past 39 years, Boston Pride has grown to be the largest Pride event in New England and the fourth largest Pride in the country, with over one million participants—now that's something to be proud of!
Every year our sponsors help us put on events, bring great talent, and provide valuable partnerships that make Boston Pride the greatest event in Massachusetts. We'd like to take a moment to give them all the thanks they deserve, and encourage you to patronize businesses that support our community in so many ways!

Working to End Breast Cancer

Nancy G. Brinker promised her dying sister, Susan G. Komen, that she would do everything in her power to end breast cancer forever. In 1982, that promise became Susan G. Komen for the Cure and launched the global breast cancer movement. Today, Komen for the Cure is the world's largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists fighting to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cures. Thanks to events like Boston Pride, Komen has invested nearly $1 billion to fulfill a promise, becoming the largest source of nonprofit funds dedicated to the fight against breast cancer in the world.
"The Massachusetts affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, is pleased to partner with Boston Pride to continue to bring more awareness to the GLBT communities in the commonwealth around breast health," said Jeanette Beltran, Director of Community Initiatives at Susan G. Komen for the Cure. "Through this we can enhance our efforts focusing on several initiatives that help to promote preventive screening and continue to build key partnerships with GLBT organizations."
"The Massachusetts affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure provides opportunities for everyone to help make a significant difference in the battle against breast cancer," said Boston Pride Board member Sylvain Bruni. "Everyone who supports their work by volunteering or participating in events highlighting breast cancer awareness can feel good about meeting breast health needs within the area they serve, while helping to move Susan G. Komen for the Cure closer their vision of a world without breast cancer."
Susan G. Komen for the Cure will be at Pride Day at Faneuil Hall, the Boston Pride Parade, the Boston Pride Festival, and the JP Block Party. Stop by their table and see what you can do to help!
