In commemoration of Black History Month and National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (February 7, 2017), Boston Black Pride, The Fenway Institute, Fenway Women’s Health and The LOCS Collective present a screening of Tiona McClodden’s “Bumming Cigarettes” – a short film about a brief and intimate meeting between a young Black lesbian woman who is in the process of taking an HIV test and a middle aged Black Gay HIV positive man. Following the screening, there will be a panel/discussion presented by community health advocates on HIV/AIDS awareness, testing, education and community involvement.
In addition, there will be presentations from the Cervical Cancer Media Project and Queer Women’s Health Project.

Come meet new people and have a drink. Do not stress if you haven’t painted since grade school, this is for beginners!
Doors open at 4:30pm and painting starts at 5pm. There will be raffles and prizes.
